I am a strong leader and innovative problem solver with exceptional interpersonal, and decision making skills. Over my 10 years of progressive clinical research experience I have gained a deep understanding of all facets of the clinical research industry including clinical operations, medical writing, study and program design and client facing. I am currently leading a team of Research Scientists that provide study design and key scientific expertise to support new business pursuits and ensure the scientific integrity of our clinical trials. Our involvement in the clinical trial begins with the first interactions with clients, and continues right through to the completion of the Clinical Study Report. A few of the responsibilities of the R&D department include: client facing, development and validation of new clinical models, clinical trial study design and synopsis development, bringing new techniques and instrumentation in house, training staff on new novel procedures and tests and writing of scientific literature and grant applications.
