Victoria is a partner at ZGF Architects and has more than two decades of experience managing the planning, programming, and design of a variety of projects in the healthcare sector. She brings expertise in facilitating the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) process, as well as in Lean planning and design. Her focus is on collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to deliver patient-focused facilities that provide clients with optimal value. Victoria’s holistic approach has led to highly flexible, award-winning healthcare environments for clients including Seattle Children’s Hospital, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and Medical Center, the Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, and more.
