Victoria Reyner

For over 20 years, my practice has focused on corporate law matters, with an emphasis on securities matters, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and general business matters. My core securities practice involves representing publicly-traded companies with respect to their periodic reporting and disclosure obligations (including compliance with the Securities Act of 1933, Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and NYSE, NASDAQ, and NYSE American listing standards and rules), and related advice and counsel; as well as representing private companies with their capital-raising efforts through exempt debt and equity offerings. In addition, my general corporate practice centers around counseling clients with regard to entity formation, business planning, ownership issues and succession planning, intellectual property licensing, financial regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and other business-related matters.
