I bring things to life – ideas, brands, teams, talent, & spaces. I believe in the primacy of the consumer, of ideas, intuition, & iteration. I think you can institutionalize genius. I don’t mean put it in a mental home, I mean try your hardest to deliver a tiny bit of genius every time because you have a process that works for you, your team, the project and the environment. Being part of the team is how I lead, by keeping the creatives focused, inspired and supported, while having perspective of the big picture, and keeping the work moving forward. I believe mistakes happen. But they shouldn't happen often. I’ve got award winning design experience in brand-building and re-branding. I play well with others, run with scissors from time to time, and try to be brave every day.
