As a professional in the business arena, I have a very strong work ethic. I enjoy working on a team as well as self projects. In my previous position as an office manager, I had very good people on my team. We worked together on various projects in order to accomplish a common goal. It was fun working as a team. In my current position, I find that working on a team gets a job done very efficiently because everyone is putting their all into a project. I am very motivated and can usually encourage others to be positive and stay on track. Having this type of enthusiasm in the work force has helped me accomplish many goals and objectives for the companies I've worked for. I find that it's very important to enjoy the work that you do, enjoy the people you work with, and have respect for everyone. This is something that I pride myself on.
