As a Customer Contact Research Analyst I work closely with senior executives/directors/heads of CX and customer contact from across all verticals of F2000 companies - like Experian, Target, Genesco, Talbots, Mastercard, USAA, Office Depot, GrubHub, UPMC AARP, Suntrust Bank, Carlson, Wagonlit Travel, Petsmart, Electronics Arts among others. I am responsible for qualifying inbound and outbound leads, prospecting, researching, and solving customer problems while educating these customers on the service we sell. Exactly 7 times a year our team of business analysts remove the most senior executives/stakeholders out of our 170k association who have live buying requirements - identifying which solutions/products they are currently evaluating, budget and projected time of execution.
