As a Customer Contact Research Analyst I work closely with senior executives/directors/heads of CX and customer contact from across all verticals of F2000 companies - like Experian, Target, Genesco, Talbots, Mastercard, USAA, Office Depot, GrubHub, UPMC AARP, Suntrust Bank, Carlson, Wagonlit Travel, Petsmart, Electronics Arts among others. I am responsible for qualifying inbound and outbound leads, prospecting, researching, and solving customer problems while educating these customers on the service we sell. Exactly 7 times a year our team of business analysts remove the most senior executives/stakeholders out of our 170k association who have live buying requirements - identifying which solutions/products they are currently evaluating, budget and projected time of execution. The Customer Management Practice has worked with Sutherland, Meta, Macorva, Jabra, Lucidworks, Thrio, and Khoros among others who play in the CX/Customer Contact space to target and obtain new business through various commercial platforms we supply.
