WHAT I DO: I’m a business manager with a wide range of knowledge and experience in the Human Resources and Administrative functions. I manage the day to day operations of HR, marketing, general office admin, administration of contracts, policies and procedures, and tenders. I also manage all employee relations, payroll and benefits. I have a special interest in training and am committed to developing a training academy. I continuously explore other areas where I can make a difference on a larger scale outside of our immediate organisation. WHO AM I? Self-Respect is not pride, it’s about being brave enough to realise you deserve to be treated as well as you treat others. I appreciate sincerity, honesty, common-sense, and objectivity. My aim is to develop an entrepreneurial legacy and to be remembered as someone who took a step forward despite the odds. I want to be someone who believed in myself and made it work. I am true to myself and I know my own limitations. I embrace my areas of improvement, even when it’s hard, and I tackled them head on because it gives me new perspective to work with. MY PERSONAL MOTTO: Have aspirations! Don’t worry if others think they’re not realistic. This is not their journey. Be fair in your business and personal dealings because burned bridges stay with you forever. Believe in yourself because when you do, you need less approval from others. Surround yourself with people who aspire to learn and grow, be on time, be precise, be logical, and pay attention to detail. When you ‘re good at what you do and have fun at the same time then you’re living your dream.
