Vidyasagar (Sagar) Shenoi is a results-oriented digital strategist and product manager with 15+ years of earned experience in 3 industries - Retail (e-commerce), Transaction/Wholesale Banking and Wealth Management - across product/program management, innovation strategy/execution and business development. Sagar is passionate about digital business models and extremely keen on helping organisations develop competitive digital platforms & services. Besides, he actively contributes to the thriving startup SEA ecosystem as advisor and angel investor. Sagar is presently Product Head (FinTech) for TVS Digital, a subsidiary of TVS Motor, looking at developing new products and services within the automotive and adjacent sectors. Prior, he was with Deutsche Bank when he joined in 2016 to head the APAC digital transformation program focused on building a strong digital foundation for the Wealth Management (WM) business. He transitioned to the role of a Global Product Manager for leading the global product strategy & roadmap for Client e-Channels platforms while also managing the business delivery of new capabilities across APAC, EMEA & US regions. He was part of the Agile Accelerator team leading the Agile Implementation especially focused on Change Management & developing community of practitioners (Guilds) using lean methods. In addition, he is passionate about Innovation Management in organizations focused on identifying new opportunities leveraging emerging technologies (such as AI/ML, Blockchain etc) that have a profound impact on the WM business model. Previously, as a Business Project Manager working with the Chief Digital Officer (WM APAC) for UBS AG, he was driving strategy, planning & delivery of innovation and digital initiatives across the APAC region. Sagar was a product manager for the award-winning UBS Wealth Management Online advisory platform. Formerly, as an Innovation Specialist with Citicorp Investment Bank, he focused on delivery of innovative mobile products in the transaction banking space. Prior to that, Sagar worked as a Project Manager for Infosys Ltd., based out of US. He also had a brief stint as Strategy Consultant at British Telecom (BT) in London as part of the MBA Leadership program. Sagar is a Computer Science Engineer and holds an MBA from INSEAD with specialization in Strategy & Marketing.
