Vigneshraj is the Scrum Master for Virtusa and a Self-driven & motivated professional comes from Database background. Started his career in CMC Limited as Database developer, played various roles as, programmer, project leader, project management in shorter period. He graduated in Computer Engineering from Panimalar Engineering College. As an SAFe Agilist(SA), Certified Scrum Master & Oracle Certified Expert, evolved himself as an Oracle Database Developer, Database Administrator & Agile Scrum Master. He maintained client relationship. Which paved a pathway to work in abroad (Oman), where he primarily involved in automating the workflow of various divisions in the company. Also been part of the tech start-up, participated in all areas like development, technical lead, project lead. Have also involved in business development as and when the company demands. Over 7 years of programming experience as an Oracle PL/SQL Developer in Analysis, Design and Implementation of Business Applications using the Oracle Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) which includes 4+ years as a Scrum Master. Domains worked on are Insurance, retail, trading, Telecomm, Banking and handled a sizeable team.
