As a Sr. Product development engineering manager, I am passionate about building positive cultures leading to high-performing and efficient team. In my 15+ years of industry experience I have gathered various technical skills, learnt to build relationships, influence skills, and most importantly learnt to lead by example, rather than by authority. Whether working with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, leading engineering team, in my opinion best results are achieved through clear communication and by creating a diverse, equal, and inclusive environment. Being non-immigrant, coming from a very different culture, background I have been proud to work in a diverse corporate environment at Comcast which gave me opportunity to grow, opportunity to develop and lead talented diverse team. Currently leading an Engineering team in Product development that integrates top vendors in security, wifi, networking, advance analytics and more for Comcast Business Customers. Owning the overall roadmap for cloud platforms that support Comcast Business SDWAN + UTM + WiFi product offering. Some of my roles and responsibilities includes to develop, coordinate technological direction and strategy for software and platform engineering. Focus on driving quality of experience through data-driven process improvement and operational excellence. Responsible for setting standards with regards to software development workflows, continuous integration, and continuous delivery strategies, cloud, and container orchestration. Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast budgets and develop resource plans.
