Seasoned Asset Management professional from an Engineering Background with a passion for Occupational Health and Safety. Over 30 years of leadership experience in strategic Asset Management in both Public and Private sectors providing high quality service, advice and support in the delivery of whole of asset lifecycle projects and improvements associated with infrastructure from concept to completion, within a unique and complex portfolio of public buildings across Victoria majority of which are heritage listed. A proven track record in implementing Asset Management Systems, Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), promoting proactive maintenance, leading reliability engineering, OHS management, Business Risk mitigation along with managing Capital and Output budgets. My expertise includes ensuring compliance with the AMAF annual maturity assessments, Essential Safety Measures (ESM) and Quality Management systems (QMS) and Occupational health and Safety (OHS), supporting sustainability initiatives and Service Level Agreement (SLA) in contracts. I am passionate about stakeholder engagement, ongoing continuous improvement and mentoring new asset management professionals.
