I am working in SWISSTA S.A.R.L RDC AFRICA AS Plant incharge My job profile is to operation and Quality control in Liquid Co2 production plant and also rectify Any troubleshouting electrical or mechcanicaly. Quality Assurance handle -Perform the Calibration of Baseline Online Analyser and Gas Chromatograph machine regularly. - The Calibration of All Pressure gauge , Safety Gauge -Check Total Hydrocarbon and Total Sulphur value in Raw CO2 gas By using Gas chromatograph machine -Check other parameter of Raw co2 gas by using Gastech Pump. -Monitoring Acetaldehyde, Methanol, Benzene, Total Hydrocarbon , Total Sulphur In Final liquid co2 by Online Analyser SKILL -To check entire load of running plant. -If Electrical fault in panel rectifying it Like DOL Stator, star delta stator control wiring,knowledge about PLC Input and Output instrument, not logic but can identify the fault to run the plant. Bcs first priority to run the plant. -Handling Production and Quality parameter for combustion and fermentation based co2 plant. -knowledge about burner for co2 producing through combustion. To cleaning nozzles,to put spark electrode and about fuel pump to fix in burner. Working Experience -Commissioning of 2T CO2 Plant (BIG GROUP) distillery Grain based in Bathinda as assistant engg. -Gone for startup whole 2T Co2 Plant in PICADILY AGRO INDUTRIES INDRI(HARYANA) Distillery (molasses & grain based) -Gone for maintenance and Startup of PLC Based Refrigeration system of 2T Co2 Plant in CMJ BEVERAGES Guwahati distillery grain based. In future I would like to work in any other country like africa, saudi arabia, ksa, Kuwait or Uae.
