As a Product Analytics & Program Manager at Ford Motor Company, I leverage data science and analytics to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction with Vehicle Personalization. I have over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, working in various engineering and analytics roles across different functions and domains. I have a Post-Graduate certification in Data Science and Business Analytics from the McCombs School of Business, University of Texas, Austin, and I am passionate about applying data mining and engineering, predictive modeling and machine learning tools and techniques to solve real-world problems. I was a runner-up in the recent Machine Learning Hackathon conducted by Great Lakes, where I developed a model to predict customer churn and retention. I am also proficient in data visualization and Tableau, and I enjoy creating insightful dashboards and reports to communicate data-driven insights and recommendations. My goal is to continuously learn and improve my skills and knowledge in this dynamic and exciting field.
