Role & Responsibilities : Placing right candidate for the client requirement. Recruitment is all about knowing the client requirement and the candidate talent and need. Having own strategy – implement – Get it done Sourcing, screening, short listing profiles, editing cv according to the format and processing cv, tracking candidates, follow-ups, updating database, active job postings in social media, job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri), maintaining internal database. Hands on experience on contract to hire, permanent staffing, campus hiring, internal hiring. Preparing job description and posting in Naukri and also doing mass mail. Analyse requirement given by the client. Negotiation of salary range to fit both client /candidate in a win – win situation. Doing pre-screening and post screening checks. Good technical knowledge and fast learning ability to understand new technologies. Following up with prospective candidates until they complete all rounds of the interview. Organizing interviews for candidates with the client, as requested. Business proposal to clients for tie-up with our organisation. Career guidance, resume editing, training on end – end requirement process to freshers. Utilize client portal (ATS) Technologies worked on : Java, Core .Net , SNow , SAP, Salesforce, Csoc , Endpoint, IAM, Cyber Security, Siebel, Oracle, Full stack, Front end, Hybris, AEM, Gis , Informatica, Splunk, Performance & Automation testing , pcc. Hands on experience in Presentation (ppt). Hands of experience in using Boolean string, x-ray search, free job posting sites. Providing regular status reports, Update and utilize recruiting databases and tools Responsible for handling end to end recruitment and exposure in dealing service-based companies.
