•Nov.2006 to till date Tiger steel engineering LLC,Sharjah. • 2006 to 2008- Dimension Checker, • 2008 to 2010- Assistant Welding inspector. • Tiger Steel engineering LLC , Abudhabi • 2010 to 2013 QA/QC Certified Welding Inspector ( CWI) • 2013 - 2016 QA/QC Coordinator • 2016 - 2022 Senior Welding Inspector • Performing the welding inspection and quality activities of projects. • Monitoring welding activities for piping spools and structures. • Carrying out fit up inspction of piping spools and structures as per drawings. • Periodic check of Welding process parameters for various process like SMAW,FCAW,GTAW,SAW & Witnessing of qualification of welders. • Alignment checks of the assembly's by using of optical instruments. • Maintaining weld summery records and weld joints repair record. • NDT to be decided and requested as per codes and standards. • Maintaining welders performance record • Writing various formats of records like weld records,weld consumables control records. • Co-ordination with client inspectors for final inspection of piping & structures. • Preparing punch list as per test limit for unit piping. • Preparing punch list as per AFC drawings for structures. • Dimensional & Visual inspections of primary and secondary structures of the oil platforms and prepration of documents. • Witnessing of qualification of WPQR based on AWS D1.1, BS & ASME standards etc ...
