Vikas works with C-level stakeholders and builds long term relationship for enabling customer success on AWS Cloud. He also engages with AMS GTM Specialists and Pre-sales SAs to grow the business. He is a customer's trusted advisor and makes sure to deliver excellent customer experience by leading the customer engagement supported by AMS Architects, Product, Dev and Operations team. Vikas Gupta has 18 Years of IT experience in delivering business value to the customers. He is passionate about helping customers in their Journey "to" and "through" Cloud.
