I am a Non-Functional Test Lead with 13+ years in Software Testing (Functional & Non Functional Testing). I started as a functional tester and then graduated to performance testing. I am currently playing the role of the Non Functional Testing NFT Lead (onsite) for Royal London based in Edinburgh, UK. In this role, I am responsible for End-to-End delivery of PT starting from Requirement Gathering till Test Completion Reports.Before working for Royal London, I played the role of the Non Functional Testing NFT Lead (onsite) based in Warrington, UK. In this role, I lead three teams – one each for Accessibility Testing, Performance Testing, and Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) in Onsite – Offshore delivery model. I was responsible for End-to-End delivery of NFT deliverable starting from Requirement Gathering till Test Completion Reports. Before working for UU, I played the role of the Non Functional Testing NFT Lead (onsite) for Matalan based in Liverpool, UK. In this role, I lead four teams – one each for Accessibility Testing, Performance Testing, Security Testing and Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) in Onsite – Offshore delivery model. I was responsible for End-to-End delivery of NFT deliverable starting from Requirement Gathering till Test Completion Reports.Earlier, I played the role of the Non Functional Testing NFT Lead (Offshore) for World Bank and Discover Financial Services (DFS) based in Chennai, India. In this role, I lead four teams – one each for Accessibility Testing, Performance Testing, Security Testing and Performance Engineering in Onsite – Offshore delivery model. I was responsible for End-to-End delivery of NFT deliverable starting from Requirement Gathering till Test Completion Reports.
