I am a DevOps Engineer with more than 9 years of experience in customizing and developing solutions using tools like Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS and Power BI for the largest banks of the Netherlands (ABN AMRO and ING) and a multinational pharmaceutical company(NOVARTIS) by following strict AGILE practices using JIRA and Swift ALM. At present, I work in the Global KYC(GKYC) domain of ING bank as an Expert AML Developer. I help the clients to adhere to anti money laundering(AML) policies. My role involves design and implementation of detection controls/scenarios(Alert definition, Alert rule, etc.) as per the client requirements. Collaborated with Technical Architect and Business for creation of dimension model. Responsible for performance tuning, optimization and maintenance of data warehouse applications. Received multiple awards from clients for helping the team to deliver bug free products before deadline, communicate effectively and provide value additions to Business by implementing automation in areas where manual activities were done, thereby saving cost and time. Saved 40 hours with zero human error in the reusable product developed at ABN AMRO. Made life easy of support analysts at NOVARTIS by implementing automation in a process that saved time with no defects.
