Vikas Singhal

Vikas Singhal is a Partner at Hudson Structured with primary responsibilities in the Re/Insurance Fund. Before joining Hudson, Mr. Singhal was a Partner at Gracie Point, a specialty finance company he helped to start in 2010 which focuses on specialty lending in the life insurance industry. Mr. Singhal continues to stay involved in Gracie Point as an Advisor to the company. Prior to Gracie Point, Mr. Singhal worked at Concord Capital Management focused on structured finance strategies in insurance. He started his career at UBS Investment Bank in Structured Products where he worked to develop a number of new product solutions for a wide range of corporate and institutional clients which included unique credit financings, asset finance, specialty finance, bank and non-bank financial institutions, and ABS. He was an integral part of the team that completed the first-ever S&a;P and Moody’s rated life insurance securitization. He is also on the Board of Directors of StartingBloc, a non-profit focused on launching social entrepreneurs. He graduated from Duke University with a BA in Computer Science and also holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
