Vikram is a Managing Director in Deloitte's Cyber Risk Practice. He has over 19 years of experience in the Technology Industry and over 17 years of experience in Deloitte providing Cyber Security and Cyber Risk Services to global consumer facing industries. As a leader in Deloitte's Cyber Risk Services practice, he serves C-suite executives such as Chief Information Security Officers (CISO) and Chief Information Officers (CIO) at global clients to be Secure, Vigilant, and Resilient in the face of an ever-increasing array of cyber threats. Vikram focuses on advising C-suite executives (CIO, CISO, CAE, GC etc.) and the Board on how to manage cyber risk for their organization in this evolving threat landscape. Vikram specializes in cyber risk strategy, executive reporting, board communication and effective risk mitigation. He has been instrumental in helping companies successfully emerge from major cyber security breaches by transforming their information security programs to mitigate business risks and at the same time accelerating business goals. He has successfully executed several large and complex engagements such as Cyber security transformation, Cyber risk strategy, Cyber risk governance, Cyber risk metrics and reporting, and Cyber security technology implementation engagements for Fortune 100 companies to strengthen their security posture and help them enable their business. In addition to Cyber Risk, Vikram has deep experience in advising executives in the following areas: Internal Audit, Risk & Compliance, Controls Environment assessment, and regulatory assessments. Prior to joining Deloitte, Vikram worked as a computer engineer in the technology industry for 3 years. Vikram has a Bachelor’s Degree (B.E.) in Computer Engineering and a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Systems Science.
