During my career, I have acquired many transferable skills along with a very strong work ethic. I have worked in the hospitality industry since 2009 in range of establishments as a Head Chef ,I was responsible for the ordering of stock ,invoicing ,staff rostering and direct customer service. I strongly believe that the skills and abilities I have gained during my career to date are *Highly skilled in leading and supervising a team in a busy kitchen and ensure the quality standards are met up to the highest level. *Ensured the highest level of service by training ,developing and mentoring staff and executing the requirements of events. *Able to manage budgets. *Cooperative and positive attitude -a solid reputation as a competent team member who is always prepared to go the extra mile to achieve results. *Computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office including Excel. During my experience in the hospitality industry, I developed excellent communication and interpersonal skills', have excellent time management and organization skills and developed conflict resolution skills ,and am confident in my ability to resolve customer complaints as they occur. I have experience working within a fast-paced environment to meet strict deadlines, and thus possess excellent time management skill.
