Viktoria Baldacci

I am currently pursuing my Masters in Criminal and Social Justice and Lewis University. My liberal arts degree is complemented by leadership and work experience and a strong work ethic. As a sociology and anthropology major, I’ve become adept at researching, assessing problems from all angles and thinking critically. In volunteer and work roles, I’ve proven leadership skills including facilitating small groups and teams and resolving problems. I’ve gained effective time management skills by managing a full class schedule while juggling work, varsity cross country, chamber orchestra and other volunteer roles. I’m constantly striving to learn new things, approach them with a can-do attitude and always fulfill my responsibilities with a quality outcome.
