Identify improvement areas in order to reach desired EBITDA both in top line and bottom line and make it happen via actions and projects • Business partnering with Operating Divisions: Monitor, analyze and report relevant KPIs, cost allocations, be local counterpart to Product Managers regarding ICTP topics, cost planning and budgeting of Operating Divisions, analysis of BU cost structure and cost saving measures. Actively contribute to internal meetings with functions to follow full transparency on direct / indirect costs. Perform an early warning and challenge mechanism where there are deviations to the planned scenarios by timely identifying possible issues to drive internal remedy measures • PnL - Market Profit - Consolidated Business Monitoring / Budgeting and cost follow up – KPIs: Business analysis; analyzing business performance in comparison with strategies, budget and previous years; preparing and analyzing monthly reports (P/L statements; cost increases ; ACP; ACR; DIV; DSO; etc.) Acting as internal consultant to achieve a high consolidated profitable sustainable business including service platforms. • Project Management: defining blueprint for strengthening organization’s position to achieve more growth. Prepare and align country concepts and follow up action points taking budget and target agreements into consideration. Support with analysis, provide accurate information & transparency for Business Carve outs, mergers , start ups and localization Projects including manufacturing sites. Identifying and preparing business development plans and follow up derived realized sales. With high knowledge of SAP , come up with small measures or roll out Project ideas to achieve process improvement to increase efficiency
