In my current company my work role is :- 1. Supervisor/Engineer (on the shopfloor) Supervising the process on CNC, VMC & SPM) Processflow. 2. Patrol inspection ofcomponent Maintain documents like (control plan, operation standards, production docket, inventory, packaging, calibration, CNC tools and inserts life, WI standards, process setup sheet , check sheets , daviation forms, poke yoke checksheets. 3. And maintain the 5s in the shopfloor. Material punching onSAP. 4. Man power handling and insure every quality related work in the shopfloor. In my previous company my work role is:- Qualityengineer 1. Inspection of Incoming material such as: Injection moldingplasticitems (material - ABS,PP,PC,PVC,Nylon,Glassfiberetc.),Rubber item,StainlesssteelJars,UniversalMotoretc. Performedvisualinspectionsandnon- destructivetestswhereappropriate. 2. Analysis of rejection & rework by red bin & yellow binanalysis. 3. Elimination of operator mistakes/errors by providing Fool-proofing / POKAYOKE in the fixtures &Dies. 4. Checking of various test like motor R.p.m ,voltage and required current inJ.M.G..
