I am an entrepreneurial director, coordinator, quality assurer, tutor and assessor with a reputation of supporting staff development within organisations, improving performance and promoting business sustainability and growth. I have strong leadership skills and am able to prioritise tasks , delegate, and make sound decisions quickly while maintaining a focus on the bottom line. I am a self-motivator who strives for success and enjoys challenges whilst maintaining professionalism and a track record for meeting timelines and exceeding expectations.I am skilled in cultivating positive relationships with colleagues and clients, and am particularly proficient at communicating with clarity and diplomacy to individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. This is aided by my fluency in English, Hindi and Punjabi.I have successfully provided training and assessment of underpinning knowledge to groups of learners at levels 1 to 5 in a variety of contexts and settings. I have effectively used a variety of motivational skills in supporting learners preparing for accreditation. I have the ability to work flexibly in response to the changes in industry demands. I am also actively involved in my local community and assist local groups in organising and delivering training sessions on safeguarding children and creating awareness among young people on job opportunities.I make an active effort to be involved in the monitoring and development of various training programmes and contracts for apprentices and adult learners. I work with national and international organisations for training in Childcare, Health and Social Care, Business Management, Customer Services, Risk Management, Centre and Quality Management, Organisational and Personal Development , promoting business sustainability and growth, Business Development and Strategic Management.
