A Full Stack Software Developer with an ability to be both part of a team and lead one. Till now I got chance to hold responsibilities of expert, senior developer, advocacy engineer, team lead, mentor, trainer, and smaller stints as project manager. Working in Amdocs as Software Development Specialist with role of senior software developer. I have worked in finance and telecommunication domains with technologies like Java, Java EE based n-tier architectures, and Oracle SQL & PLSQL. Recently have also worked on JavaScript based modern web clients with exposure to Web Services, JQuery, RequireJS, Backbone, Angular, JSON, and similar client and server side technologies and libraries. I possess good technical expertise and acumen and have strong analytical and problem solving skill. I believe in constant evaluation and continual improvement. At present, I am working in telecommunication’s Operational Support Systems (OSS) domain which includes diverse set of inventory-centric network planning and fulfilment products like Amdocs Resource Manager, Task Engine, Resource Planner, Amdocs Network Navigator, Unified Service Manager, Metadata Manager and more. I lead a strong agile advocacy engineering team of 5-9 members to support Amdocs OSS products suits for customers and teams from various geographies, being approachable round the clock. I have learnt and mentored to handle various high pressure customer escalations, urgent requirements, dedicated support, onsite support, complex task estimations and more. I consistently got recognized for exceptional efforts and significant contribution and have always garnered excellent appreciation and feedback from the clients and management. I am also a part of Amdocs Elite Expert Group as an Instructor. I am a certified Instructor and have conducted many training sessions for customers and in-house software professionals.
