I was previously a Product Manager at Caseware which is B2B Auditing software product company. I built 2 products 0-1 and improved existing product. Before Caseware I was creating digital products at Cognizant for RBC Bank. The 3 digital products helped to improve existing customer experience, identify cross selling opportunity and streamline new customer on-boarding. My first taste of product management work was at TCS where I helped build products for CIBC Bank to improve HR systems, defects dashboard. I have MBA from University of Toronto in Marketing & Strategy and undergrad in Electronics Engineering from University of Mumbai. I have worked as a Quality and Process Consultant for over 7 years for Banking & Financial Services industry clients to solve my clients' current technology and business problems.
