My role as Key Account Manager involves introducing new and maintaining existing services to national clients with commercial and institutional properties across Canada. This role enables me to bring Pinchin’s team of experts together to best serve your asset. National coverage in all major centres across Canada means we get work done quickly, and we are familiar with the regulations in place from all provincial bodies. The Key Account Manager provides one point of contact for a seamless client experience. I bring 31 years of diverse experience enriches my perspective and approach to problem-solving. I work strategically to identify our clients’ needs and provide fast, efficient solutions. As a result of our ongoing commitment to our clients, Pinchin Ltd. Has become one of the largest and most reputable environmental, health & safety, and engineering consulting firms in Canada. One of my most rewarding and challenging projects required complete due diligence work (Phase I ESAs, building condition assessments) for a national client purchasing 18 properties across Canada. Our client was able to close on all their deals and secure financing. I have a Civil Engineering Technology Diploma from Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (1988) and an Environmental Science Diploma from Lethbridge Community College (1981). I have performed hundreds of inspections and assessments throughout my career, for various companies throughout Manitoba.
