Vince Lamantia

Vince is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University where he received his degree in Business Administration - Human Resources and Labor Relations. Vince began his career with The American Tobacco Company where he was responsible for all HR activities for the Southern Region Field Sales Force (200+ employees). He followed this 5-year period with HR positions at Overnite Transportation Co. And Capital One. During his 9-years of employment with Capital One, he had the opportunity to be part of their international business expansion into the UK market as a member of their Global Audit Division. In 2004, he purchased the Richmond area development rights for a new fast casual restaurant concept and opened its first Virginia location in Short Pump. Vince is currently employed at Altria and has held positions in HR Benefits (H&W Plans), HR Shared Services Operations, and Leave of Absence Programs.
