He formerly served as the Executive Vice President of Curative Talent Retained Physician Search. Curative Talent was formed after Doximity purchased THMED and re-branded the firm. The result: the commitment and ability to find people who care.. Vince formerly served as one of the Managing Partners and proprietors of THMED Staffing, LLC. THMED stands for 'Transcend Health and Medical'. THMED always strived to rise above the competition by providing our clients with a complete staffing solution that relied on the latest technology, proven search strategies, and expert consultation. THMED was always focused on helping our clients provide quality health care to their communities, our consultants served hospitals, medical groups and other healthcare facilities across the United States. The collective goal was to offer a myriad of staffing models to meet each and every healthcare provider need that arises. THMED recruited physicians, nurses, physician assistants, therapists, executive and academic positions, pharmacists and other allied health providers. During his tenure with THMED Vince started its Executive Recruiting Division as well. He was also an original founder of Fidelis Partners, LLC prior to merging with Medestar Locum Tenens, and forming THMED Staffing. He was instrumental in the company’s growth during its 11 years before the company was purchased by Doximity and re branded as Curative Talent. Vince currently works out of Orange County, California office as a Partner with Curative Executive Search specializing in Physician Executive Recruitment. Vince has a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from Rutgers University and works with his Church in their MentorUp program ministering to boys without fathers.
