Hi All, Thank you for coming to my profile. I'm Vincent, currently, I'm working at Gojek - GoTo Financial (GoTo Group) as a Program Manager. As a Program Manager, I work with many external and/or internal stakeholders to establish good communication & collaboration to get to know the problem that I need to solve by proposing a strategic plan to improve or establish a new process and be an orchestrator on the programs that I own. I need to ensure my program will work as expected by monitoring and keep improving until robust. I'm passionate about product management, product-making process, and process improvement/proposing a new process workflow, sometimes, I throw my ideas in the grooming session and I'd like to brainstorm it. If my idea is rejected, I don't mind because I'll get another insight & perspective that I can take to grow my product mindset. I'd like to learn more about product-universe.
