About

With skull & bones we had an idea to give men back choice in premium undergarments and basics. The men’s underwear and undergarment world has exploded with hundreds of new brands and options. Never before have men had the opportunity to shape their sense of style all the way down to their underwear. As Co-Founders of skull & bones we noticed most brands were promising their customers something cheesy to differentiate them from the pack – gimmicks about no-roll waistbands, renovated flys, or the ability to get you laid – and not on their actual products. The design of contemporary men’s underwear fell flat. There was a lack of bold design and color, fun patterns, and exciting cuts for adult men. Men’s underwear was bland or designed for younger men and felt cheap and overtly sexual. These inexpensive undergarments were “fun,” but the fabric often felt like sandpaper. At the same time, the luxury market was full of superior fabrics that focused on a few bland colors and an infinite sea of unflattering fits. There was, quite simply, no one tying luxury and excitement together. So skull & bones did. You won’t find another menswear line that better reflects the sexy, fashion-forward design and attitude of New York City
