Vanaf 2019 is deze operationeel en levert tenderstrategen en tender- en salescoordinatoren aan tenderteams. Wij faciliteren in tendertrajecten strategiesessies en zorgen ervoor dat inhoudelijke kennis land in de uitgevraagde kwaliteitsdocumenten. Daarbij is ons uitgangspunt: onderscheidende inhoud, goed geschreven tekst en aantrekkelijke vormgeving. Alleen daarmee verleiden wij onze klanten opdrachten aan ons te gunnen. Daarnaast begeleiden wij de tenderteams bij het voorbereiden van presentaties en dialooggesprekken. Als associate director zorg ik voor een continue professionalisering van de Tenderdesk. Dit betekent niet alleen permanente ontwikkeling van skills van de tenderstrategen en tender-en salescoordinatoren, maar ook het ontwikkelen van uiteenlopende tools. Tools die behulpzaam zijn bij het organiseren en inrichten van het tenderproces. En het geven van workshops Tenderstrategie, Hoe schrijf ik een goed plan van aanpak en Tendermanagement.
