If I needed a team, I would win their confidence & execute it along with them. The first time I got my skills validated was when I won the 1st prize at a National Level conference for coming up with an app idea, critically justifying how it will be helpful to my users & even creating commercial TV ads at the end on the spot for it. It boosted my confidence in exploring more marketing ideas & hence I got myself a job as a Brand Growth Product Manager in a Pharmaceutical company. Even though it was an amazing experience, I felt that something was missing. Somewhere deep down I knew I wanted to use technology to solve problems. Today, I am at a juncture where I can finally see my efforts paying off & I am looking to get into Product Management. This transition from a Pharmacist to somebody who is working with technology to solve product problems was tough but fulfilling. I am super excited about it.
