As Regional Head of Consumer and Market Insights function, my key responsibilities included managing and mentoring a High Performing team of 10, managing brand, product, sponsorship and social media research and best practices. As leader of a CMI team in the most important market for the company, I also lead the development and deployment of research best practices. Global and regional experience of 18 years in training, leading, designing, executing and analyzing primary and secondary research in leading consumer packaged goods and electronic companies; including a six month assignment in India to lead insight generation for the re-launch of a major brand. Recently completed a prestigious one year assignment in Korea in the Global Marketing Organization’s Consumer Market Insights Center of Excellence group and front end innovation team in Home Appliances business unit.
