Having 5.6 Years of experience in Rockwell Software, Factory Talk Pharma Suite (FTPS) & Factory Talk Pharma Centre (FTPC) , Software life cycle (SDLC), ERP & SAP. - MES consulting for Pharma Domain, Currently Working on Rockwell pharmasuite software MES implementation Project at Liva pharmaceuticals , Hands-on experience on Rockwell FTPS version 10.1, Functional Knowledge of Injectable & packaging activities - Having good knowledge of requirment gathering and understanding of concepts, all the collected requirments are corelate with software and guide developers to implementation. - Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) project as Design to execution mode by replacing paper-based recipe & workflows with computer-based workflows and recipes. - Successfully Completed the Site implementation ,SAT (Site Acceptance Test), OQ( Opeational Qualification) and PQ( Production Qualification) of MES solution for Injectable related BMR & BPR from initial paper batch record to convert- EBR. - One year of site support experience in LIVA Pharmaceutical , Vadodara. - Successfully invlovment in internal projects QMS6 (FTPS Version 8.2), QMS7 (FTPS Version 8.4) , RADLIB. Done IT, RT authoring & Testing,. Good knowledge in following software: - Rockwell - Factory-talk Production-center - ERP inbound & outbound. - Factory Talk Pharma - LIMS - Historian & OPC
