Virginia Tager

I have come full circle now in my career. After leaving nursing in 1995 i became a pharmaceutical sales representative. I worked with several blue chip pharmaceutical companies for 6 years. My major achievements at this time was with Merck as Field Sales Representative. I soon became Field Trainer to further promotion as Business Development Manager within 3 years. After starting my family I left sales and re-trained as a Personal Trainer where I managed a gym part-time and ran my own PT business for 5 years. This role progressed to becoming a Sales Manager in Sports & Fitness equipment for a year before relocating. My business acumen, drive and determination mean I succeed in whatever challenge I take on. Twenty years on from nursing I returned and looked forward to an interesting and challenging career continuing my passion in health. My aim was to progress in Diabetes and become a Specialist in this condition. However, the shifts and travel was not offering me Work/life balance. Here I am back in Pharm Sales working in Respiratory.
