Vish Iyer has over four and half decades of corporate experience in India and other countries . An IT industry veteran , he has been with the IT Industry and the Tata group since 1991 in companies including major roles in Tata Consultancy Services , Tata Elxsi and IBM Deep knowledge of Asian markets , serving Tata Consultancy Services as President TCS Asia Pacific as well as with IBM Asia Pacific ; TCS revenue in the region grew past high watermark of billion dollar revenue under Vish’s tenure.Setting up services delivery businesses ground up in the Philippines as well as working closely with global services delivery across multiple locations in Asia , Latin America and the United States .Most recent role as Global Head for Legal and Corporate Affairs at TCS - including global Arbitration, Mediation and Dispute resolution .High impact win at Class action litigation related to employment practicesExpertise in corporate governance gathered from academic training as well as from multiple corporate roles like CFO-Global Operations at TCS , VP and Global Head of Legal , Member Corporate Compliance Steering Council , Member Data Privacy Governance Council at TCS as well as CFO roles in IBM India and TAta Elxsi. Board positions in multiple organizations at different points, in Asian countries including India, China, Japan , Singapore , in Latin American countries from Mexico to Chile.
