Vishal has been at the forefront of creating business value from digital and technology solutions in a Management Consulting career spanning more than two decades, working for consulting groups at Accenture, Cognizant, and Gartner. He is a digital strategy specialist and transformation leader. In partnership with Company Boards, C-suites, line executives, and their teams, his work has defined digital strategies, transformation roadmaps, and business-IT governance models to achieve revenue growth, cost optimization, and compliance outcomes. His developed strategies have covered the full spectrum of value from digital and have typically included benefit and cost-qualified business cases for transformation initiatives, executive-friendly solution blueprints for cloud platforms, use of Big Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Product Engineering models. As examples of his work, Vishal has defined a strategic planning roadmap for C-Suite of a mid-market company that aspired to become a market leader in 5 years, using digital; helped guide digital investments for a Fashion-CPG company to increase revenues and significantly improve sales & marketing ROI; led strategic initiatives globally to help set up a new digital engineering business unit ($1B Revenues) at Cognizant, providing market insights to Cognizant CEO; led Cognizant C2020 program — largest organization-wide transformation program in Cognizant’s history –– receiving Cognizant Business Consulting’s award for the work; and ‘supercharged’ $184M PMO for a Retail Company, creating funding space for digital.
