Started my Career in M&M Foundry (making Block & Head for in-house requirement) Production where I used to work in shift handing 25 nos. Workers. Learned & successfully implemented MOST, TPM & Quality system. In 2006, Handling project for increasing the capacity of our Engine block. In 2007, Internal shift from Foundry to Sourcing. Looking after casting, machining commodity. Also some forged & sheet metal parts. In 2010, joined Honeywell Turbo Technology in Global Sourcing, handling spend of almost 25M$. Visit supplier in Europe. Successfully completed localization of Turbine hsg. Upto 80% spend. Completed project in improving the Delivery performance in Green Belt (Sig Sigma) from Mar'13, in Sandvik Asia Pvt ltd. For Sourcing in casting & machining parts & from Jan'15 addition role of handling hardware & mechanical parts. With high note started my new 4th journey in Siemens from April'16. Worked started as Regional Commodity Manager in Iron casting. Supporting locally & globally on defining correct strategy for Iron Casting from India. Handling spend of approx. Rs. 500 Cr. After almost 20 years in Foundry business, it's time move into altogether different commodity. Move to Global Sourcing role for IT-Software Engineering Services.
