I am looking to apply the wide knowledge gained in my career. I have vast working experience in accounting across several sectors, being a graduate from Minsk State Linguistic University (MSLU) in Belarus with BA in Philology. During my studies at MSLU, I was a student of a special Belarusian group in English Language Department. I had been studying English and Belarusian languages as a linguist for 5 years. It made me a real fluent speaker and skillful teacher. Besides that, during my final year, I was preparing scientific research diploma work about translation of self-made words by J. Joyce in his “Ulysses” from English into Belarusian. It was a complex work, but in return, I was awarded with the highest A degree mark for it. In 2012 I changed my career and moved to accounting field. I am currently AR Senior of City Wonders - one of the most dynamically developing companies on the market of sightseeing tours for the last 8 years. Work in constantly growing and changing environment has helped me to strengthen my abilities to solve problems and deliver the results under tight deadlines. During time in the firm, I managed to obtain wide knowledge from several departments and build strong relations with major global customers (Trip Advisor, Expedia, GetYourGuide). This helped me to lead the development of the system optimizing and automating finance operations processes. In cooperation with IT data warehouse specialist, we developed the dashboard of the reports for different departments in Tableau. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS : - Completed several Excel courses. New knowledge let me reduce the usual speed of monthly sales transaction data validation from 8 to 4 days in City Wonders - Finished a 2-day Tableau course. It helped me to assist and guide the IT department in moving all company reports into one data source. The result was a drastically reduced number of requests to accounts from other departments as from now they could load them themselves from the automized dashboard in Tableau in City Wonders - For the directors of the City Wonders I designed a monthly report in Excel that presented the customer satisfaction levels with the tours that they had bought from our company. It measured their opinions in stars based on the data from Trip Advisor
