I believe in a more human approach to change implementation and process improvement. Whether it is the economy as a whole or an organisation, it is not in competition with individual: they coexist and exist for each other. Our added-value must be always created during the change implementation by developing the potential of the employees as employees are at the heart of the changes. It is important to implement changes taken into account the company-client’s culture and values. I also believe that each employee is the fruit of different dynamics. Understanding this dynamics, foreseeing their implications is indispensable to successful change implementation and efficiency increase. It is important to create a positive atmosphere where each employee feels committed to the success of the changes planned. Though the individual is at the heart of our analysis, it is only one part of a global picture and it cannot be consider outside processes, technologies, management, communication.
