Performance analysis and control the drilling fluids in the well assigned recommendation for tour treatment following instruction of the mud and drilling plan and company and drilling consultant engineer, Chemical test (API) of mud and water system as weight, viscosity, solid control, Corrosion, PH, Alkalinity, Hardness, water chemical test and performance engineering calculations in Rheology and Hydraulics system Preparation and control salt saturated mud , Formate mud and Water base mud ( Spud mud ,Gel mud, Bentonite Gel- Polymer,KCL/Polymer/PHPA ( liquid or granular) , Nifa , Polymine / Glycol, KCL/Polymer/Xanthum gum, Asphalts, polymer), Synthetic oil base mud ( Polymer/calcium chloride/lime/Brine), Completion Fluid ( KCL/NACL), NDDF (Sodium formate , potassium formate , potassium carbonate or starch ), Packer fluids, Completion Fluids, Spotting fluids ,water and mud and oil base mud non dispersed polymers calcium low solid etc. Inventory of the chemical products used Viscosifiers, Bactericide, Flocculants, Surfactants, Shale inhibitor, Antifoamer/ Defoamer , Lubricants, cellulose, PH, Corrosive, agents.
