I have a track record of successfully and innovatively managing a learning function, including driving a learning strategy. I have also developed approaches and templates to measure and report team/organization wide training impact. I have also worked with technology teams to develop virtual platforms for learning delivery & reinforcement. In the past few years I have leveraged this expertise to support the training agenda of Global service centres based in India, by designing & delivering learning interventions aimed at professional development of mid-to-senior level executives.
