With over 25 years of experience working in Public Relations, I've successfully strengthened the reputation of businesses, led crisis management, and strategized mergers and acquisitions while forming strong alliances and community programs that promote social welfare and generational integration. Not only have I served the corporate world as a PR leader, but I also created and directed three departments, a non-profit foundation of a well-known health insurance company in Puerto Rico, and their community programs. Developed the “Viejo Te Amo” public service campaign and the “Abraza a tu abuel@” social innovation movement. Now, I've ventured off as an entrepreneur, founding Vivian Arthur Consulting, a firm dedicated to providing solutions in Media relations, Corporate Relations, Communications and Marketing, Corporate Social Responsibility, Community Relations, and much more. My expertise is in the healthcare and medical industry and non-profit and corporate-community relations.
