Hi there! I am a client-centric professional with over 7 years of demonstrated success in building relationships with clients and stakeholders by connecting and communicating clearly. I started my professional journey right out of university with pharmaceutical sales. Then I went ahead to practice pharmacy in a more traditional sense in the hospital and retail settings. All of these roles pushed me to place relationship building at the top of my list of priorities when dealing directly with individuals and businesses. Over the years, I have seen first-hand the importance of the client in every business endeavor and the important role that superb customer engagement and service plays in every organization. I have since gone on to work in various positions where I’ve been successful in enhancing the customer experience. With a masters degree in business administration added to the mix, I'm am even more equipped with the tools and education needed to help customers in real life situations.
