Organised and detail-oriented with over 20 years’ experience in Financial services. At ANZ Bank, I have given opportunities to manage different portfolios. In my current role as a Card Usage, Partnerships & Loyalty Manager, l manage the Instalment Payment Plan & FlexiPlan Programs. I also managed and launched interactive Year End campaigns that achieved double digit growth on the target retail sales. As a Partnerships and Promotions Manager, I managed the ANZ Rewards Programme and was responsible for the setup and documentation of the redemption process for newly launched Credit Cards. With a focus on improving customers experience on redemptions, I developed and designed online submission forms for Rewards Features redemption. In Merchant Acquiring roles as a Relationship Manager and Marketing Executive, I acquired, built trust and cultivated positive relationships with merchants and partners. On a personal level, I love traveling as I can experience other cultures, try traditional cuisines and meet diverse people. I enjoy organising and planning yearly travel itineraries for my family.
