Process engineer responsible for upgrading Arkema-Arrmaz plants in Brazil to support the new product portfolio in the fertilizer, mining and infrastructure sectors. Directly linked to the industrial manager in Brazil and the production´s team. I work with the development of CAPEX projects related to process safety, performance improvement and plant updating, following Arkema group's HSE directives. I also assist in the implementation of Arkema's corporate policies and directives at Arkema-Arrmaz. Throughout my career I have had exposure to different languages ​​(Portuguese, English, French and Spanish) and cultures/countries (Brazil, United States, Ecuador, UAE, Argentina, Canada and Mexico). I have experience with multinational companies, ease of communication and learning. In my professional life I have already worked as a maintenance engineer involved in the implementation of LEAN/Six Sigma in projects of continuous improvement and asset reliability, monitoring KPI and developing a PowerBi dashboard to assess performance trends. I have experience working offshore on oil and gas drilling rig, where I worked as an MWD engineer and experience in chemical plant construction as a commissioning engineer where I started my career after graduating in chemical engineering.
