* Mainly responsible for the Visual representation of the shop floor by maintaining high standards of visual proposition through use of new lines to continuously update and re-freshen the look of the stores. * Create the brand identity by enhancing the merchandise and visual presentation. * Coordinate, implement and maintain an effective and timely visual merchandising program. Which includes technical guidance on merchandise presentation, fixture, display and signage. * Using IWD retail network and updating presentation to head Office and make necessary changes according to feed back. * Collaborate with Brand Manager and “in store team” to identify and implement best practice activities. * Esyablish and maintain partnerships with Merchandising, Marketing, and Promo/Sales to develop, implement and maintain customer oriented communication with a single voice and balanced messaging in all stores. * Identity the key items, assist merchandise placement of key items and promotion set-up.
