As an experienced HR leader, I am a strategic advisor, confidante/coach, and talent architect to senior leaders and executives. My strength lies not from performing one role well, but from being able to successfully integrate all these roles simultaneously. I always strive to understand the needs of the business and focus on analyzing and integrating HR tools and techniques to drive performance. All with the focus on building and identifying the human capital critical to the present and future of the company.
